A: Yes. Financing is available for your home. Your sales counselor will be happy to provide you with information on sources available for financing your home.

Q: Suppose I want my new home right away. How soon can I move into a home at The Village of Nittany Glen?

A: On a normal basis we can have your home ready to move into between 90 and 120 days after your home order is placed. In addition, some quick delivery homes may be available for immediate occupancy.

Q: What do my community fees cover?

A:

The McKee Group assumes responsibility for maintaining the roads, lawns, common areas as well as the clubhouse for you to use and enjoy. The roads and recreational facilities in your community are privately owned and are only for the use of residents and their guests. A portion of your monthly community fee pays for the maintenance of those facilities. The snow removal from roads and driveways and lawn mowing is included in your community fee. Your monthly community fee at The Village of Nittany Glen includes membership in the clubhouse, community pool and use of all of the amenities provided in the community. The community is managed by our on-site management group which insures the maintenance standards of the community thereby protecting your investment.

Q: Does The Village of Nittany Glen allow pets?

A: Residents are allowed two conventional pets per household. It is important, however, that pet behavior codes and other rules and regulations are carefully enforced for the benefit of all residents. Please ask your sales counselor for details about the pet policy.
